Wanda Thompson is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and faith-driven mentor passionate about empowering women to walk confidently in their purpose. She is the founder of Women Who Win, a purpose-led ministry and community designed to cultivate growth, connection, and spiritual development among women from all walks of life.

With a heart for leadership and transformation, Wanda created Women Who Win as more than an organization, it is a movement rooted in faith, authenticity, and sisterhood. Through curated gatherings, leadership experiences, and intentional programming, she provides spaces where women can be strengthened spiritually, encouraged personally, and equipped to lead boldly in their homes, communities, and careers.

Wanda is also the creator of Rooted, a discipleship and leadership development experience focused on spiritual grounding, identity, and growth. Rooted guides women through a journey of faith, purpose, and activation, helping them build strong foundations while stepping confidently into their calling.

Our Founder
Women Who Win was born from obedience, prayer, and a deep desire to see women truly flourish. For years, God placed it on my heart to create a space where women could gather, not for perfection, but for purpose. A place where faith could be strengthened, confidence restored, and community built in a genuine and meaningful way.

I’ve learned that so many women carry dreams, prayers, and potential inside of them, yet walk silently, unsure if they’re seen or supported. Women Who Win exists to remind every woman that she is not alone, that her journey matters, and that her story has purpose.
This community is rooted in faith, fueled by connection, and built on the belief that growth happens best together. Here, we celebrate wins, big and small. We encourage one another through every season. And we walk forward knowing that when one woman rises, she makes room for others to rise too.

My prayer is that every woman who encounters Women Who Win leaves feeling strengthened, encouraged, and reminded of who she is in Christ. Because this is more than a movement.
